Tracy has been a Director of TM Tax Ltd since she set up the company in 2010.
Prior to this Tracy spent the first 10 years of her working life at HM Revenue and Customs dealing with all aspects of UK personal tax.
After leaving HMRC she worked for various accountancy practices providing personal tax advice and undertook tax compliance work, including completing UK self-assessment tax returns and running payrolls for small businesses. She then worked for the global accountancy firm KPMG, and spent 6 years in the employment tax department. During this time she dealt with many large PLCs as well as smaller businesses providing general PAYE/NIC expenses and benefits advice, including, PAYE/NIC health checks, employment tax compliance work.
When not working Tracy enjoys walking in the Herefordshire countryside with her dog, a Cavapoo called Cocco

Previously employed by BK Plus in Cheltenham, Rob has worked in the world of tax for more than 30 years, he has worked for various accountancy practices in their tax departments and has over these years gained valuable knowledge and experience in all matters relating to UK personal taxation.
Rob offers expert tax advice on a range of issues, including Owner Managed Business and High Net Worth Individual tax matters, inheritance tax planning and tax investigations.
Rob joined Tracy as a Director at TM Tax Ltd in 2025 and offers and wide range of UK personal tax knowledge.
In his spare time he is an ardent supporter of Plymouth Argyle and enjoys all sports.

Clare is Tracy’s sister and our payroll manager, she has been with TM Tax since 2015. Clare is experienced in all aspects of payroll and accounting including payroll processing, reporting taxable benefits (completing forms P11Ds) and payrolling benefits, bookkeeping and the use of Xero. Previously having worked for large healthcare and pharmaceutical multinationals.
When not working Clare will usually be found out running and enjoying the local countryside or at home in Herefordshire looking after her two cats.
The most important member of the TM Tax team is Cocco the office dog. Cocco is a Cavapoo, (A cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle). He doesn’t offer tax advice, however he is an expert in sampling dog treats and assisting with the office shredding!
When not working he enjoys a walk in the countryside where he believes that one day he will catch a Squirrel.
